Before commissioning me, you must read my terms of service. Failure in doing so will not garunte refunds, as I will automatically assume that it was read. Thank you for understanding!

Note: I have every right to refuse to accept or continue a commission if I decide to, or if comfort is breached.IMPORTANT! Failure in following these terms, or refusing to read them before commissioning are the commissioners fault, and not the artists. Please make sure that you read, understand, and accept these terms before placing a commission.TURNAROUND RATE I have a job, and am usually always very busy. This means my turn around rate can be long. Please understand this before commissioning me! My turn-around rate for finishing commissions can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks, to 2-4 months depending.Please know, however, that I'm more than happy to be asked about progress reports & W.I.P updates!EXTRA If you are no longer able to afford a commission when first ordering, please don't feel afraid to let me know (I understand these things!)

✦ You MUST fill out this form if you commission me. If it is not filled out, I will not take the commission. This is just to make sure my T.O.S was read.✦ COMFORT & DNI'S I will absolutely not draw anything that encourages discrimination, or hate speech. I.E, racism, transphobia/homophobia/etc. I will also not tolerate any zoophiles, or pedophiles. I will also decline a commission if I find that you are a proshipper, or if your character in any way has feathers behind the ears, etc. These findings may result in blacklisting of ever owning my designs or commissioning from me.✦ NSFW CONTENT I will absolutely not draw any NSFW/Fetish related content. As far as blood, gore, etc goes, I'm perfectly fine with drawing it so long as it's not intense!✦ REFERENCE SHEETS Your character absolutely MUST have a reference sheet to work with. Please make sure the reference sheet is/has
( 1 ) An image to clearly pick colors & view the design (no shading).
( 2 ) I would prefer to work with reference sheets that aren't watermarked. However, if your image is watermarked, please make sure the watermark isn't obscuring the whole design.✦ REFUND POLICY Refunds will be
( 1 ) Full if no sketch is started, or if it has been worked on but no W.I.P's were provided up until the point of the last W.I.P, etc.
( 2 ) 20% if sketched.
( 3 ) 50% if lined.
( 4 ) No refund if it's been completed.✦ W.I.P'S & UPDATES Please be patient with me. I have ADHD, and can be a very forgetful person because of it. I will try my best to update you as much as possible. If you have any concerns or are curious to mark the progress of your commission, DM me!

✦ Do not claim my designs as your own!✦ YOU MAY NOT Resell the design for more than you originally bought, without having added more art onto the character.
( 1 ) Reselling: you can sell for more if there is extra art. Personally, I don't mind if the art is added as a commission, or personal art valued by worth, its really up to you.✦ DO NOT Remove the original design, if you make a redesign. Keep the original design stored somewhere within the character profile.✦ GUIDELINES You may edit the design however you want upon purchase. I.E, you can draw over the original reference sheet, change patterns, etc, as long as you keep the original file on the actual characters ToyHouse profile.
( 1 ) You can change patterns/colors as much as you absolutely want. You are also free to change breed, species, and add accessories.

Current Turnaround Time: 2 Weeks - 2 MonthsI may decide to work on days otherwise scheduled as off, but please do not expect me to. I have a full time job, which means commissions are second in priority to my scheduling, and mental health. Thank you for understanding!
